A home is a dwelling-place used as a permanent or semi-permanent residence for an individual, family, household, or several families in a tribe. You rent a room in your home that is always available for short-term occupancy by paying customers. This room is used solely as a hotel or similar establishment and is not a dwelling unit. Home is one of the basic needs of the human being. From the four needs of a human being as its need, people who have no home may live through paying rent for other people who have more houses. But here what we have to understand is the relation between the person who rented the house and the renter. Different renters have different behavior that shows different characteristics of rented people. Some renters may have a positive relationship others may not. Here those renters who have bad behavior may show unpleasant or bad behavior on rented people. But here what we have thought is that how those rented people for the renter that have bad behavior we live together.
In our city, it’s difficult to find a suitable house for rent. This is probably the number one issue in the city people. It’s difficult for tenants to find housing with good infrastructure for a reasonable price. In this issue, I'm going to solve it with this project. On other hand, the real estate or landlord provides they can easily advertise their house in an efficient way. I will be creating advanced search and filtering functionality like location, price, and the number of rooms in the flat or house to rent, including the surrounding environment.
